Yvette Saiz

Yvette L. Saiz, 49, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 3, 2019 surrounded by loved ones. She was preceded in death by her mother, Reyes R. Manzanares. She enjoyed many things in life such as going fishing/camping, playing Yahtzee, painting her nails, drinking Coca-Cola, listening to country music, watching forensic files, and spending time with her family and friends. Yvette is survived by spouse, Richard Saiz of La Mesilla; daughters, Roberta Saiz of La Mesilla, and Valeria Manzanares of Espanola;  father, Salomon Manzanares of Espanola; sister, Josie Irwin; niece, Molly Irwin both of San Juan; aunts and uncles, Gabina Madrid, Sergio Rivera, Flora Rivera, Anita Rivera, Tina Rivera, Vangie Marquez (Max), Genevive Montano, Raymond Gomez, Viola Bailey, Fedencia Candelaria (Agapito), Sally Rodriguez (Carlos), Leo Manzanares, Waldo Manzanares (Renee), and David Manzanares (Pam); parents-in-law, Bernie and Mae Saiz; sister-in-law, Jen Saiz (Randy); nephew, Marcus  Romero; niece, Miranda Romero;  brothers-in-law, Tommy Romero (Dawn), Jr Romero (Wendy), Jesse Romero (Michelle), David Romero (Josina), along with many other relatives and loving friends. A public visitation will begin on Friday, October 11, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home with a devotional service to follow at 6:00 p.m. The family of Yvette L. Saiz has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
