Samuel Jaramillo of Espanola passed away on May 14, 2022, surrounded by his family. He was born on August 31, 1933, to Ramon and Pablita Jaramillo. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 58 years Rose Jaramillo, and his parents, Ramon and Pablita Jaramillo of Chimayo N.M. He was the last survivor of 10 siblings.

Samuel retired from Duke City Lumber co. where he worked for 30 years. Dad liked working on his cars and kept them spotless and shiny. Dad and mom were inseparable. They loved spending their time together going on long drives to see the beautiful scenery. They looked forward to the Holidays when all the family would be together. They also enjoyed going to the casinos. Now our dad will be joining our loving mom.

Samuel is survived by his children Evelyn, Mike (Renee), Lucille, Nancy, Wayne (Pamela), Johnny, and Amy. Grandchildren Wayne Jr (Miranda), David (Nicole), Brandie, Justin, Patricia, Eric, and Angelo Jaramillo. Great Grandchildren Meika, Amaya, Isaiah, Lori, Julez, Noah, Jordan, Donte, and Amaree Jaramillo. Special Great Granddaughter Elyse Viera and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held Sunday May 22, 2022 at 3:00 pm in the Sangre De Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home of Espanola. After services there will be a comida at the Knights of Columbus
