Richard "Dickie" Dominguez

RICHARD "DICKIE" DOMINGUEZ, 70, a longtime resident of Chamisal passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 20, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Candido and Ernestina Dominguez; mother of his children, Edna Dominguez; grandparents, Juan P. and Leonardita Lovato and padrino, Tiburcio Lovato; grandson, Evan Martinez. Richard was a very loving man he enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved the outdoors he enjoyed going for wood and doing his wood carvings. He also enjoyed spending time with his friends. He will be dearly missed. Mr. Dominguez is survived by his companion, Vera Valdez; children, Andrea (Johnny) and Richard Jr. (LaCrista); sisters, Olivia (Albert), Jane (Gilbert); brothers, Candido (Aurora), Silas (Mary) Ralph (Ruby) grandchildren, Austin (Alicia), Ambros (Alisha), Javon (Tamara), Alexus, and Mariah; great-grandchildren, James, DeAngelo, DeAndre, Serenity, Missie, Even, Earl, and Jayven; Godmother, Ramona Fresquez and many nieces, nephews and two very close friends Greg and Fred. A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 3, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the San Antonio de Padua Catholic Church in Penasco. Serving as pallbearers will be, Austin and Ambros Dominguez. Honorary pallbearers will be, DeAngelo, DeAndre, Serenity, Missie, Even, Earl, Jayven, Alexus, Javon, and Mariah.
