RAYMOND EUGENE TRUJILLO, 64,  born and raised in Coyote passed away suddenly on Friday, May 21, 2021.  Raymond was a loving and beloved companion, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and brother-in-law. He was also a great friend to many people. He was known to many by his guitar playing. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Shawn Trujillo; his mother, Antonia Trujillo, father, Jose T. Trujillo; brother, Roger Trujillo and daughter-in-law, Angela. Raymond is survived by his companion Connie Sanchez; Children, Curtis Trujillo; Julian Trujillo, Darren Trujillo and wife Monika; seven grandchildren, Gabriella; Jeremy, Marisa, Azsa, Tsenre, Miklo, and Mia; sisters, Vitalia Serrano (Antonio), Mary Ann Vigil; Piedad Chavez (Jose); Ruth Cordova (Donny); Lupe Gonzales (Simon), brothers, Arturo Trujillo (Cathy), Gabriel Trujillo (Geraldine) Gonzalo Trujillo (Barbara), John Trujillo (Debbie), Teddy Trujillo (Nora) Paul Trujillo, and Karl Trujillo (Christina). Public visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at the San Juan de Bautista Catholic Church in Coyote with a rosary to be recited at 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 p.m. also at the San Juan de Bautista Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Coyote Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers are Arturo, Gabriel, Gonzalo, John, Teddy, Paul, Karl, and Donny, honorary pallbearers named are Gabriella, Jeremy, Marisa, Azsa, Tsenre, Miklo, and Mia. The family of Raymond Eugene Trujillo has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.

Curtis,Julian ,and Darren I am deeply saddened and my condolences from the Salazar family and my self .. I have fond memories as a kid going to your parents house jamming out on the drums playing guitar and singing the night away with my parents .. music was the best remedy in coyote with good company your dad alway brought child memories every your dad was kind loving father to you all .. sorry blessings to you all and your mom . ❤️

Curtis ; Julian , Darren and the extended Trujillo Family, my deepest and most heartfelt condolences to all of you , your Dad will be remembered for his most humbling hospitably he gave me and my children  when we stop to visit him in Coyote he always wanted to entertain with his music which he did and thank you for that.  May God bless you all during this difficult time . I will keep you in Prayer My Friend go in peace and my God receive your Soul and present you to God the Most High.
