Nathan Vigil

Nathan Anthony Vigil was born August 4, 1989 in Las Vegas, Nevada. A lifelong resident of Espanola, was taken from us to be with the Lord on July 12, 2021. He was preceded in death by Uncle Michael Padilla, cousin Steven Padilla. Grandmother, Odelia Duran, grandfather, Gilbert Vigil and Uncle Robert Vigil. He is survived by his daughter, his little angel Analeigh Vigil, Mother, Janet Vigil.  Brother, Jeremy Vigil (Kathryn), sister, Janeen Vigil.  Half-brother, Kenneth Vigil.  Grandfather, Benjamin Duran. Grandmother, Laura Vigil. Uncle and aunts, Eddie Duran (Monica), Beverly (Lenny), Godmother, Carolyn (Peter), Veronica (John), Cindy (Rick). Like a brother, Darren Romero (Jennifer), Aunt Corina Vigil. Very Special Nieces, Sky, Kylee and Alexis.  Nephew, Jeremy Vigil. Very special cousin, Amanda Binion and special friends, Raeann and Johnny Baca, daughters, Halo and Heaven. Someone who he shared much with, Zac. Nathan would light up a room with his smile and always had a hug for you. His daughter, Analeigh was his life. She was his bestfriend, no one mattered to him more than her. Nathan always saw positive in every bad situation. He opened his heart to so many people. His love for his mother was undeniable. He worked at Red Lobster and was a  proud server. He loved to cook and loved to make tortillas. He always joked they are almost as good as my mama’s. He made sure when grandpa Benjie came to visit, he had fresh tortillas. Nathan always went the extra mile for the people he loved. If you knew Nathan you knew he loved life. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a burial to follow at the Lighthouse Cemetery in Chimayo.
