Frank Romero Jr.

Frank Romero, Jr. (Beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother and Friend), age 70, a resident of Espanola, NM, passed away at home on October 20, 2021, with his children, grandchildren, and beloved brother in law, by his side, after enduring a lengthy battle with cancer. Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Clara V. Romero, parents, Frank and Jane Romero; siblings, Sam, Gene, Mariano, Santiago, Porfirio, Fernando, and Lisa Marie Romero.

Frank was an amazing husband to Clara and he adored all of his children and grandchildren. He loved his animals, Gris, Tiger and Princess, who was always by his side. He was a kind, compassionate, loving, generous and selfless man who will be missed enormously by all who knew and loved him.  He enjoyed many things, but spending time with his children and grandchildren, was by far his favorite.

Frank is survived by his children, Cristina Romero of Espanola; Melissa Romero (Joe) of Albuquerque; John Romero (Crystal) of Espanola; Gary Trujillo of Espanola; and Raquel Ulibarri (Adrian) of Edgewood; Grandchildren, Hailey Archuleta, Jayson Bustos, Mariah Prescott (Eldon), Noah Romero, Jonah Romero, Erin Romero, Isiah Romero, Lucas Willow, Joshua Percival, LaVonn Lewis and Gabriel Ulibarri; Great Grandchild, Damien Campbell. Siblings Dolores Jones, Marcella Martinez (Pancho), Helen Romero, Patsy Rains, Michael Romero (Theresa), Pete Romero, Fred Romero (Mary) and Tima Gonzales; Very special Brother and Sister In Law, Kenneth and Ida Viarreal; and his God Children, Jayson Bustos, James Viarreal, and Freddie Archuleta and many, many more relatives and close friends.

Rosary and Funeral Services will be on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 10:00 am at the San Juan Bautista Parish with funeral services to follow in La Villita, where he will be laid to rest with his wife, Clara.
