We are saddened to announce the passing of my beloved son, our brother, uncle, and friend. Franciso Patricio Trujillo, 52, of Herñandez, NM, who left us suddenly on July 27, 2020. He was born to Pete A. Jr. and Elizabeth Jane Trujillo on December 27, 1967, in Fairview, NM and left us on July 27, 2020. He was the seventh of ten children (7 boys and 3 girls). He was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Rodarte; maternal grandparents, Julian Garcia Sr. and Genovieva Garcia; paternal grandparents, Pedro R and Severa Trujillo; father, Pete A. Trujillo Jr.; brother, Johnny S. Trujillo; Uncles, LeRoy and Jose Luis Trujillo and Goyito Garcia; Aunts, Eloisa Maes, Senoiva Padilla, Regina Barttlet, Rosey Quintana; Nephew, Baby Joseph Adam and Niece, Christina J. Trujillo; Baptismal God parents, Maclovio and Louise Sanchez and Confirmation God Parent Joe Lopez.
Frankie, (AKA) Pancito, Pancho, Indio was an extremely talented hard working individual who always had a comment for you that made you laugh. A beloved son, brother, uncle and everyone’s comedian, he was artistic and had a green thumb and his specialty was cottonwood cherry trees, a music lover (Queen “I want to be free”), a man who loved his family, loved his dog bubbles (his hita), loved his friends and was always checking in on everyone. He graduated High School with two diplomas, loved fishing at Pilar, loved his hunting, seasonal pinion picking, spending time with friends and family, also enjoyed working with his co-workers from EMCO, liked going to the Casino with his mom and his cousin Teddy, and was always a generous giving person. Pancho worked in construction all his life, he worked with III-D, SG Western, RICO, Espanola Transit Mix, and EMCO. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

The Holy Rosary will be recited Friday, July 31, 2020 at 10:00 am in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with the Holy Mass of Christian Burial following at 12:00 pm at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish Catholic Church in Española, with the burial to follow at San Jose de Hernandez Cemetery.
