Ernestine Marlyn Gomez-Ocaña

Ernestine “Tina” Marlyn Gomez-Ocaña, 44, of Espanola passed away peacefully February 8, 2020. She was born January 26, 1976, in Santa Fe, NM, to Mary B. Gomez and Eloy Trujillo. She married Jamie Ocaña November 25, 2000 and had a successful marriage of 19 years. She worked as a Certified Optician for over 20 years and dedicated her life to helping people in her field of work. Along side her personal career she stood boldly along side her husband as a Pastor’s Wife and won several souls for the Lord. She had a smile that lightened up the room and touched many peoples lives. She was survived by her husband Jamie Ocaña, two children Kenneth and Sierra Gomez, parents Mary B. Gomez and Eloy Trujillo, siblings Ben Gomez, Judy Gomez, and Darlene Gallegos, and loving in-laws, Paul and Mable Ocaña & Family. She also had a lot of church family that she loved dearly.
