Duane L Suazo

Duane L Suazo, age 50, a resident of Taos Pueblo, passed away on May 2, 2019 after a lengthy illness. He is preceded in death by his parents; Lorenzo and Marie Suazo, and grandparents; Marcelino and Alvanita Suazo and John and Tomacita Gomez. Duane was known to his friends and family as Big D, he touched many peoples lives with love and kindness. Duane was always worried about others before himself. He loved listening to heavy metal music and considered himself a “head banger”.  He will be truly missed by all who knew him.  He is survived by brothers John and Danny Suazo, along with many other aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.  Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday May 11, 2019 at 8:00 a.m. at St. Jerome Catholic Church in the Taos Pueblo with burial to follow.  The family of Duane L.
