William George Moya

William George Moya, 76 of Alcalde, NM passed away peacefully at his home on January 17, 2023. William was born on March 11, 1946.

He is predeceased by his father Luis Moya, his mother Erlinda G. Moya, Brothers, Luis “Moyita” Moya, Rosendo Moya, and Thomas C. Moya. Sisters, Dorothy A. Martinez, and Nancy Maratas. Son, Davy Lee Moya, Sr.

He is survived by his beloved wife Yolanda J. Moya-NM, Sons Louie (Brenda) Moya-NM, Anthony C. Sr. (Jackie) Moya-NM, Daughter Janet E. (Ernie) Saucedo-NM, Godsons Frank Mejia-CA, and Esteban Santiago-CA. Grandchildren; Ernest R. Saucedo-NM, Anthony C. Jr. (Amanda) Moya, Stephanie N. (Taylor) Johnson-AR, Briana A. (Aleesha) Moya-NM, Eric William Saucedo-NM, Gabriel B. (Vanessa) Moya-CA, Davy Lee Moya, Jr. -TX, Jacob T. Moya-CA, Davelynn S. Moya-NM. Great Grandchildren; Miles Arthur Saucedo - NM, Danity Mae Moya-CA, Ezekiel Gabriel Moya-CA, Caleb Anthony Moya-CA, Faith Marie Moya-CA, Noah Edison Kuntz-AR, Bryan Luke Kuntz-AR, Roman Pierce Johnson-AR, Lucas A. Moya (Martinez)-TX, Liam Xavier Moya-CA, Sofia Love Moya-CA, and Payton Sage Moya-NM, sister Geraldine Moya Barajas-CA, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

There will be a Celebration of Life for William on Saturday January 28, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the Sangre de Christo Chapel at DeVargas Funeral Home in Espanola, NM.
