Viola was a loving, strong, caring, Godly woman who loved to cook and garden.  She loved flowers, doing crafts, going to the casino and bingo, going to pick pinon, but most importantly, she loved her family.  She was a member of the Sociedad Senoras Unidas and probably everybody’s babysitter in Espanola at one point or another. She made the best tortillas, homemade bread, pastelitos, and pudding de Canjilon. Viola may have been small in stature but her strength, beautiful smile, and compassionate heart were bigger than life itself.  She was our Strength and our Heart and will forever be loved and missed.  We hope we make you proud.
