Victoria Delores Wardell Starnes-Webber from Kansas City Missouri passed away on 31 May 2021 at University of New Mexico, Albuquerque.
Miss Webber was a professional ballroom, tap dancer of the 1960's who became a wife, mother and publisher of Jehovah's Witnesses.
She was preceded in death by her daughter Tonia Renee Webber.
She is survived by her children: Prince S.J. Webber, Kieron E. Webber and Donielle T. Webber.
Victoria Webber has grandchildren: Julia Shannon Terrell, Tiana and Devon Salazar, Jasmine and Jailyn Flowers and four great grandchildren. Miss Webber was 78.
