Veronica Arroyos de Lujan

Veronica (Ronnie) Arroyos de Lujan age 73 passed away on December 29, 2023 in Albuquerque. She was a longtime resident of Rio Rancho  and formerly of Española, New Mexico. She was the firstborn of 6 siblings. She was a loving daughter, sister, Nana, auntie, cousin and friend.

Veronica was an accomplished businesswoman and wonderful homemaker. She was an incredible cook and baker. She loved cooking for her family and friends and did an amazing job.

Veronica was preceded in death by the love of her life, Tony Arroyos. Also preceded in death by her mother, Louisa Lujan, brothers, Michael Lujan, and Louis Lujan.

She is survived by her father Paul Lujan Sr. and wife Nancy of Española, siblings Paul Lujan Jr.(Cindy) of Alcalde, Walter Lujan of Albuquerque, Valerie Lujan of Albuquerque and sister-in-law Martha Lujan of Abiquiu.

Ronnie had a deep love and commitment to her siblings that she watched over. She had a deep love for her numerous nephews and nieces, some of whom she raised as her own. She is and will always be greatly remembered and missed.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on January 22, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church in Albuquerque 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW Albuquerque, NM.  Private burial to follow at a later date.
