Saul (Saulie) Martinez 30, Beloved Son, grandson, nephew and cousin was unexpectedly called upon by our heavenly father on December 18th 2020. Saulie was a passionate Barber and had a flair for cooking. He was also a very loving Pitbull parent, Saulie cherished his Pitbull's Perla and Kilo (a Rescue). They were his pride and Joy! They preceded him in death, both whom he missed immensely.
Saulie enjoyed walking his babies (Perla & Kilo) daily, when he wasn’t cutting hair or spending time with his father Saul Martinez. While living in Arizona for the past 12 years, He and his dad enjoyed going to drag races, concerts, car shows and eating Greek food. Saulie had a deep love for all things New Mexico, He was very proud of his northern (Chimayo) roots! Pitbull's along with Lowriders and Cadillacs were his favorite! At the age of 19, Saulie moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. After receiving his certification in culinary arts, He decided to move on to his true passion; Barbering. Good Fella’s was his choice employer; he cut hair for many of the MMA fighters, Diamondbacks and cardinals team members. A special Thank you to his paternal Grandmother Angelina D. Martinez, who raised Saulie as her own from two weeks old. Saulie was her “Corazon”, she loved him unconditionally! They shared an unbreakable bond. She was a mother to him until the very end. Saulie left many broken hearts on the day he left this earth! The Martinez family would like to Thank everyone for their strong emotional support during this difficult and tragic time. Words will not ever be able to express the gratitude we feel. Thank you All! Family members who will forever miss you and hold you dear in our hearts!
