Sally Chavez

Sally Chavez, 67, a resident of Chimayo, passed away on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. 

She is preceded in death by her husband David C. Chavez; daughter Lou Ann Chavez; son Leo Chavez; grandson Jerome Chavez; mother Frances Fresquez; father Frank Fresquez; sisters Lorenza Martinez and Diana Fresquez; in-laws Nestor and Emelinda Chavez.

She is survived by her son, Adrian Chavez, grandchildren Adrian Jr., Angel and Joshua Chavez; great-grandchildren Ayden and Raiden Chavez; sisters Clara (Savino) Talavera, Nadine (Serafin) Aragon, Jeanette (Michael) Gray; brothers Joseph Fresquez and Anthony Trujillo.
