Rosel Martinez, a resident of Chamita NM, passed away January 21, 2025.

Rosel was preceded in death by her husband Timoteo Martinez; parents Edward and Louisita Martinez; brother Tony Martinez; Sons Louie and Donald Martinez.

She is survived by Sister Mary Martinez (Andres Mendoza); brother Herminio Martinez; son Morris Martinez, Daughter Elaine Martinez; Granddaughters Josepha and Kayla Martinez; grandsons Eli Martinez and Gary Martinez (Britney and kids).

A Public Viewing will take place at DeVargas Funeral Home in Espanola NM, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at 5:30 pm followed by a Rosary at 6:00 pm. On February 13, 2025, a Mass will take place at Coyote Catholic Church at 12:00 pm in Coyote NM, with a burial at Coyote Cemetery.

Pallbearers are as followed: Carl Gallegos, Jerry Gallegos, Eli Martinez, and Gary Martinez.
