Rhoda Judith Williams

Rhoda Judith Williams, 82, of Dulce, NM, passed away on August 25, 2023.

Rhoda is preceded in death by Rosita Sisneros, Samuel Koteen, Evelyn Archuleta, Nina Lynch, Luther Koteen, Tabor Koteen, Lawton Koteen, Emily Dixon, Eleanor Koteen, Raymond Koteen, Harvey Koteen and Hendrina Cata.

Rhoda is survived by son Bill Koteen (Cheryl) of Denver, CO; daughters Laura Williams and Tammie Williams Valdez (Eustacio) of Dulce, NM; granddaughters Monica Valdez (Anastacio) of Dulce, NM, Rose Williams of Phoenix, AZ, Andrea Julian of Farmington, NM, Leighana Williams of Dulce, NM, Aye Kyaw of Chama, NM; grandson Nicholas Julian (Chylene) of Aurora, CO,  Epimenio Chavez (Janaye) of Aurora, CO; great-grandson Tito, Eliseo, Anthony, Trevor, Ezekiel, Vicente, Kaison;  great-granddaughters Natalia, Chloe, Hazel, Arabella and Aubriana.

Rhoda was a Senior Olympian, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and member of Dulce Baptist Indian Mission.

Memorial Service will be on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 10:00 am at the Dulce Reform Church in Dulce, NM. Burial will proceed at the Dulce Cemetery.  Reception to follow at Dulce Reform Church.

Serving as Pallbearer’s are Bill Koteen, Eustacito Valdez, Epimenio Chavez, Nicholas Julian, Rome Wager, Anastacio Valdez.  Honorary Pallbearer’s are Ralph Koteen, Alvin Martinez and Brian Cata.
