Placida Trujillo

Placida Trujillo 94, of Espanola passed away on January 16, 2022, she is preceded in death by Husband Eddie Trujillo, son Dan Trujillo and Grandson Steven Griego. Parents Abelino and Soleme Maestas and numerous other relatives that preceded her.

Placida was a caretaker of her mother and a home maker she spent her time caring and loving for others. She was faithful to her church and was involved with the choir. The most important thing to Placida was Family.

Placida is survived by Son Eddie Trujillo (Grace) Daughter Yvonne Trujillo, Grandsons Eddie III Trujillo (Bernadette), and Luke Trujillo (Angela), Granddaughter Amanda Griego (Todd). Great grandchildren Marcos Trujillo, Elaina, Lucas, Nathaniel Trujillo. As wells as numerous nephews, nieces’ relatives, and friends.

Services for Placida will begin on February 10, 2022 at 10:15am with a Rosary at the San Juan Baptista Church in Ohkay Owingeh, with a Mass to follow at 11:00am. Burial will take place at the San Pedro Cemetery in Chamita.
