Patricia Rael

Patrica Ann (Ball) Rael was born in Fort Sill, OK, on 8 January, 1947. She passed away in Santa Fe, NM, on 29 August, 2025, after 3 years in Casa Real Health Care Facility. 

She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Phillips, in 2001. She was widowed (Richard Rael) in 2023. 

She is survived by her daughter Kathy Phillips, and her grandson, William Phillips. 

Pat and her children moved to New Mexico from Chicago in 1979. She spent many years working at Shuttlejack, then at and around the Los Alamos National Labs. Pat also spent many years involved in her TOPS group. Patricia loved her family, her animals and her friends. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Espanola Humane Society.
