Pablo (Pablito) Emilio Mark Gutierrez III

Pablo (Pablito) Emilio Mark Gutierrez III, was born to Pablo Gutierrez Jr and Sherry Gutierrez on November 24, 1993. Since the day Pablo was born, he was such a happy person. He would captivate you with his huge smile, infectious laugh and gorgeous hazel eyes.  Through out his life, Pablo was surrounded by family who loved him. He was the light of his mother Sherry’s heart  and her best friend. He liked to just spend time with her even if it was just watching their favorite TV shows together. He was his Grandmother Pearl’s caregiver as well as her partner in crime. He spent most every day with her. Paul shared a very special bond with his great Uncle Richard and great Aunt Kathy Lopez. Fishing was amongst one of Pablo’s favorite thing to do as well as hunting with his Grandpa Frank Martinez and Grandma Patsy Martinez.

While growing up if Pablo wasn’t with family or friends, you could find him on the baseball field since the young age of four. He adored the game and dreamed of playing in the major leagues. Pablo had such a huge loving and caring heart. He deeply loved everyone in his life including his animals. It was rare that he didn’t make an impact on someone wherever he went, even if it was the first time meeting. No matter who you were; family, friends or a simple stranger, he only saw the good, not the bad in everyone.

Pablito loved so many people in the short amount of time that God placed him on this world. He adored his grandfather Pablo Gutierrez Sr, grandmother Pearl Gutierrez, father Pablo Gutierrez Jr. He Especially adored his mother Sherry, she was the love of his life.

Pablo Gutierrez III, 28, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022. He was preceded in death by his paternal Grandfather/Godfather, Pablo Gutierrez Sr. whom he was very close with since the day he was born and shared an incredible bond.

Pablo III is survived by his parents Pablo Gutierrez Jr and Sherry Gutierrez of Los Luceros, Sisters Brandi Gutierrez (Ashly Martinez) of Chimayo and Samantha Gutierrez of Albuquerque. Maternal Grandparents Frank and Patsy Martinez of Los Luceros. Paternal Grandmother and Godmother Pearl Gutierrez of La Puebla. Uncles Bryan Martinez (Marmi) of Chimayo, Frankie Martinez (Valerie) of Espanola. Aunties Nicole Armenta (Chris) of Albuquerque and Beverly Coffeen (Mark) of Los Luceros and many other cousins and relatives.

Honorary Pallbearers will be his sisters, Brandi Gutierrez and Samantha Gutierrez.

A Rosary will be recited on Monday, October 3, 2022 at 11:30 am at Sacred Heart Church in Espanola, NM with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 12:30 pm.  Burial services will follow at La Villita Cemetery in Alcalde, NM.
