Nicholas “Nick” Ray Naranjo – Age 21 a resident of Pojoaque passed away on Friday, July 15, 2011 unexpectedly. He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents: Comora and JL Robinson and maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy R. Bullwinkle. Nick was raised in Los Alamos and attended Los Alamos High School, he loved to play practical jokes on his family and friends. He always had a beautiful smile and would say, “Turn that frown, upside down.” He loved fishing, basketball and all sports. He loved the pretty ladies and most of all he loved his family. He is survived by his father, Fidel JL Naranjo and companion Lisa of Pojoaque; mother, Ginger Marie Naranjo and companion Brian of Chili; brothers: Fidel H. Naranjo and Marshall JL Naranjo both of Pojoaque and Jordan Naranjo and Santos Lujan both of Chili; sister, Jasmine Marie Lujan of Chili; paternal grandparents: Fidel and Alice Naranjo of Los Alamos; maternal grandfather, Raymond Wasson of Las Vegas, NV; numerous other relatives and friends and all of his young cousins and family he loved dearly. Nick had a heart of gold. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at The Valley Bible Baptist Church in Arroyo Seco.
