Monica Carter

Monica was a mother who loved her sons, Roger (RJ) Romero, Jr. and Adrian Romero, with all her heart. Though life wasn’t always easy, her love for them never wavered. She had a big heart, always took time for others, and never forgot a birthday — even in difficult times, she found ways to show she cared.

She is survived by her RJ and Adrian; her siblings David and Gretchen Carter, Brian and Sherry Clark, Belinda Tafoya, and Nolan and Anita Carter; and her sister in love Claudine Aguilar. She was preceded in death by her parents, Keith and Darlene Carter.

Monica will be remembered for her gracious and gentle spirit, her thoughtful nature, her love for her friends and family and the way she could bring a smile with just a few kind words.
