Michael A. Roybal

Michael A. Roybal, 73,  a resident of Cuyamungue born and raised in Nambe New Mexico peacefully passed away on January 23, 2024. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Reynaldo and Leonardita (Nora Roybal); Brothers Horacio, Eddie, Dan, David, Phil, Peter, and Gerard Roybal, sisters, Diane Ortiz, and Mary Lou Lujan; In Laws Jose Ventura, and Ida Ventura; Brothers in Law, Martin Trujillo, Sam Gonzales, Ruben Manzanares, Derrick Esquibel, Maurice Garcia (Cora), and Waldo Garcia. Sisters in Law, Lita Baca (Horacio) and Joan Mendez. Nephews Alfred Trujillo and Allen Grace, and Adrian Salazar; Nieces Rubina Garcia and Laurie Lujan. 

He is survived by his wife Jean Roybal; Sisters, Loyola Trujillo, Norma Vigil ( Ernie), Jean Gonzales, Melva Manzanares (Del), Sandra, and Nadine Roybal. Brother Lionel (Leo) Roybal (Monica); Brothers in Law Rosendo Lujan and Edwin Ortiz, Sisters in Law, Cecilia Roybal, Mida Darras, and Olivia Tellez (Daniel) God son, Sam Gonzales, and numerous Nieces and Nephews as well as Uncle Joe Trujillo.

Rosary will be recited on February 6, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. with a mass to follow at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Pojoaque, NM. Burial will be held February 6, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe national Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM.
