Max Ramon Vigil, 65, a resident of Española NM, passed away on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 unexpectedly of natural causes and surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Ramon Vigil; and sister, Rachel Vigil. Ramon worked as a miner/Church and Dwight Soda Ash company in Green River WY for over 10 years. Ramon is survived by his wife, Darlene Fargua of Española; son, Gabriel Vigil and wife Jamie of Loveland CO, daughter, Rasha Vigil Bybee and husband Greg of Rio Rancho; grandchildren, Gavin, and Roman Vigil ages 5 and 2 of Loveland CO, Gage and Jenesis Bybee ages 14 and 12 of Rio Rancho; mother, Teresina Chavez Martinez of Española; sisters, Helen Maestas and Orlando Maestas of Farmington, Cruz Segura and husband Amadeo of Farmington, Molly Sanchez and husband George of Española, Vangie Juarez of Reno, NV, Carolyn Vigil of Española, Bernadette Serrano of Española, and Gail Vigil both of Española, brother, Joe Vigil of Española, and numerous other grandchildren, family, and friends. Public visitation will begin on Friday, February 27, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 12:00 in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory. Cremation to follow services. The family of Ramon M.
