Matthew Damien Corrales, 31, a resident of Farmington, passed away after a lengthy illness on Wednesday, March 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lucy Corrales. He was such a caring and loving person. He loved his family and friends very much. He opened his home to anyone in need. He was a dedicated Bronco fan. He will be missed and was loved so very much. He is survived by his beloved mother, Carol Corrales and partner Andy; his girlfriend, Selinda; father, Gary and wife Debbie Martinez; sister, Adriana; brother, Dominic; grandparents, Joe Corrales; Andy and Eliza Martinez. A very special uncle and aunt, Joseph and Charlotte Corrales; aunts, Doris (Bernardo) Serrano; Tommie (Martin) Trujillo; Angie Corrales (Sergio); uncles, Leonard (Renee) Martinez; Nathan (Julie) Martinez; Adonaise Martinez. A very special niece, Elyana Herrera; Goddaughter he adored Angelita Lucero; Godmother Nancy Livingston. A rosary will be recited by the Hermanos de Capulin on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 7:00p.m. at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Gallina. Memorial Mass will be Celebrated on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at 11:00a.m. also at Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe Catholic Church in Gallina, with burial to follow at the Gallina Catholic Cemetery. Serving the family as pallbearers will be Joseph Sandoval, Martin Talamante, Craig Lucero, David Serrano, Robby Trujillo, Jerome Salaz, honorary pallbearers will be Christopher Herrera, Anthony Salaz, David Garcia, Jr. Mercado, Thomas Chacon and all of his close cousins and friends.
