Mary J. Sisneros 83, a resident of Santa Clara Pueblo passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 17, 2021.
Mary served her community as a bus driver for Santa Clara Pueblo for twenty plus years. She was loved by all her students. She will always be remembered as having a big heart and smile. She always had her doors open to anyone in need.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John B. Sisneros; parents Manuel and Estefanita Simbola; brothers Nelson, Richard, Elmer, and Paul; sisters Betty and Lorencita; son John Sisneros Jr.; and granddaughter Donna R. Sisneros.
She is survived by her daughters Rencie, Myra, Pamela (Matias), and Bernadette (Danny). A special granddaughter Leeann (Marcos) and granddaughter Twyla (Shania) and grandsons Jose, Derek, and Elias who spent the last years caring for her. Also, a special granddaughter Cammie whom she raised as her own. Mary’s family Kenny, Jennifer, Robin, John, Steven, Drake, Adam, Anthony, Starling, Christopher, Elwood, Windy, and twenty-six great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
