Maria Lourdes
Truman
May 2, 2026
Maria Lourdes Truman, born March 11, 2026, passed away far too soon, leaving behind broken hearts and countless cherished memories. Maria was a beautiful soul whose presence could light up any room. She was full of life, laughter, love, and strength, and she touched the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Maria had a deep love for the outdoors and nature. She loved going on hikes, spending time outside, and appreciating the beauty around her. Whether she was out exploring nature, making memories with family and friends, or simply enjoying the outdoors, those moments brought her peace and happiness. She also loved embracing life to the fullest and had a fun-loving spirit, a contagious smile, and a special way of making everyone around her feel welcomed, valued, and loved. She lived boldly, laughed deeply, and created unforgettable memories with the people she cared about most.
Maria was also an incredibly hard worker. She took great pride in everything she did, and work was always very important to her. No matter how tired or busy life became, she always showed up, gave her all, and pushed through with determination and strength. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and willingness to do whatever it took for the people she loved was something many admired about her.
Above all else, Maria’s greatest joy in life was being a mother. Her children, Edward John Truman and Selena Veronica Truman, were her entire world and greatest pride. She loved them with all her heart and dedicated herself to giving them a life filled with love, happiness, and support. Nothing meant more to her than being their mom.
Maria leaves behind a void that can never truly be filled. She will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, her laughter, and the unconditional love she gave so freely. Though her time here was far too short, the impact she made on the lives of so many will last forever.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Longer.
She is survived by her loving mother, Veronica Longer; her brothers, Andy Longer and Daniel Longer; her nephew, Wesley Longer; her beloved children, Edward John Truman and Selena Veronica Truman; along with many extended family members and dear friends who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
While our hearts are shattered by this unimaginable loss, we take comfort in knowing that Maria’s beautiful spirit, love, and memories will continue to live on through all those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed every single day, forever remembered, and forever loved.
