Lucy Herrera

LUCY HERRERA , 90, a resident of Pojoaque passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Margarito and Paublita Sandoval; sister, Eloisa Romero; brother, Raymond Sandoval and granddaughter, Tracy Loretto. Lucy loved to paint and make jewelry. She worked at Del Belima as a foreman. She enjoyed her friends and loved ones to visit her. Mrs. Herrera is survived by her children, Sandra Herrera of Pojoaque, Cindy Loretto (Frank Sanchez) and Jerry Sandoval all of Edgewood; grandsons, Joseph Herrera (Samantha Lucero) of Albuquerque, Adam, Bryan and Michael Loretto and Isaac Sandoval all of Edgewood. Public visitation will begin on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass is pending. Serving as pallbearers, Adam and Bryan Loretto, Isaac Sandoval, and Joseph Herrera. Honorary pallbearer will be Ava Herrera. The family of Lucy Herrera has entrusted their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
