Lucille Padilla

Lucille B. Padilla (October 28, 1962-December 28, 2025) of Espanola, NM went home to be with the Lord surrounded by family. She was preceded in death by her brother Herman Padilla, step-father Lamberto Herrera, Tia Tita, Tia Vergie and maternal grandparents Carmelita and Jesus Padilla.

Lucille is survived by her children: Rayven Padilla (Eugene), Manuel Padilla (Jessica) and Matteo Padilla; Granddaughter Diamond Pedraza (Christopher); Great-grandchild Amethyst Pedraza; Mother Phyllis Herrera; Sisters Patricia Starky (Ken), Carmella Olivas (Leonard); Brothers Daniel, Rick (Cindy), Rodney (Tammy); and many nieces and nephews.

Lucille found peace in the outdoors whether it was camping, fishing, hunting, or side-by-side rides with her daughter and beloved buddy Eugene Rodella, who took her everywhere with them. She enjoyed thrifting which led to her collection of many items. She had an artistic side in which she enjoyed painting, crocheting, sewing, decorating, and creating floral arrangements. She had many beloved animals in her lifetime that she loved dearly, including her latest Penelope.

The family would like to extend gratitude to all the caregivers, nurses, and Camille (Ruben) who provided their mother with the compassionate support she needed. Our mother would like to thank all the ladies at Fairview Flowers for providing her with all the beautiful flowers and prayers.
