Loyola - Age 81 - Chama - Vigil

LOYOLA (LOLLIE) VIGIL, a lifelong resident of Chama, passed away peacefully at the age of 81 on Saturday, January 4, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Abelito and Ramoncita Gallegos and nephew, Richard F. Gallegos, Jr. Mrs. Vigil is survived by her husband of 61 years, Joe C. Vigil, Sr. of Chama; children, Joe C. Vigil, Jr. and wife Pamela of Round Rock, Texas, Nickie A. Vigil of Santa Fe and Ramon I. Vigil and wife Angela of Chama; brothers and sisters, Donald Gallegos, Sr. and wife Mary, Felix (Cardo) Gallegos and wife Leontina, Martin A. Gallegos, Sr. and wife Cristella and Nickie Gallegos all of Chama; sisters-in-law, Emma Williams, Rose Radosavich, Priscilla E. Vigil and Susan Trujillo, Marge Biggn; brother-in-law, Edward E. Vigil II and wife Luz; grandchildren, Michelle, Justin, Cristina, David, Dennis, Anna and Carlos; 5 great-grandchildren and numerous other relatives and friends. Cremation has taken place and a rosary will be recited on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 7:00p.m. at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chama. Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2014 11:00a.m. also at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Chama.
