Our beloved father Louis Salazar of El Llano went home to be with our Lord on April 16, 2023, with his family by his side.

He is preceded in death by his parents Pablo and Florencia Salazar, sisters Carolina Salazar and Erlinda Herrera (Leroy), daughters Nicole and Lisa Salazar, brothers David and Andrew Salazar, Grandpa Valentin Salazar and many uncles, aunts, and cousins.

He is survived by his daughter Maria, son Michael Salazar, wife Siria Salazar, God son Marvin Pacheco and many nephews, nieces, cousins, and tons of friends.

He was a great mechanic. He enjoyed making fast cars and trucks. He also worked at Los Alamos Schools.

Pallbearers will be Chris Valdez, Joey Gallegos, Ralph Sanchez, Tom Garcia, Eloy Baros, Raymond Baros and Billy Terrazas.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 11am at the Sangre de Cristo Chapel at DeVargas Funeral Home in Espanola, NM. Burial will follow in La Loma Vista Cemetery in Alcalde, NM.
