Linda I. Sandoval, 74, of Truchas, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on the morning of February 4, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was defined by love, kindness, and selfless care for others.
Linda cherished her family above all else and found her greatest joy in time spent with her husband, sons, and grandchildren. She lived life fully, embracing every moment with grace and gratitude. A beautiful soul, Linda dedicated her life to caring for those around her, always putting others first.
She enjoyed traveling to Tampa, Florida, cooking delicious meals, and celebrating the many milestones achieved by her family. We are deeply grateful to have shared our lives with Linda, and her memory will live on forever in our hearts.
Linda was preceded in death by her parents, Nelson and Corina Martinez; her son, Glen Sandoval; her brothers, Nelson Jr., Robert, and David Martinez; sister-in-law, Diana Martinez; many nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Videlio “Leo” Sandoval; her sons, Chris Sandoval (Melody) and Joseph Videlio Sandoval (Dana); her grandchildren, Alexandra Humphreys (Ridge), Brandon Sandoval, Aaliyah Sandoval (Isaac Roybal), Kristiana Sandoval (Michael Romero), and Keyera Sandoval; her great-granddaughter, Emma Humphreys; and siblings, Norris Martinez (Nancy), Rose Quintana (Ramon), Anthony Martinez (Debbie), Ernie Martinez, and Debra Romero (Ricky).
The family extends heartfelt thanks to all who supported Linda during this difficult time. Your love and kindness are deeply appreciated. Linda will forever be our angel, guiding us with her love and light.
