Lawrence Lee Vigil

Lawrence was a proud father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend.  He was always there to lend a helping hand to both his family and friends. Lawrence was well known for his unique laugh and love of sports, especially when it came to his enthusiasm for the Minnesota Vikings. His kind heart and free spirit will be greatly missed.

Lawrence is preceded in death by his parents Vidal and Atocha Vigil, along with his siblings Nancy Vigil, Kenny Vigil, Robert Vigil, Virginia (Pinky) Vigil, and Ted (Lolo) Lobato.

Lawrence is survived by his daughter Laura (Ronnie) Lovato and his son Lorenzo (Maria)Vigil. Grandchildren Brandon Vela, Isaiah and Mercedes Lovato, along with Alyssa, Tyler, and Braylon Vigil. Siblings Rubina Vigil, Norman (Rosalie) Vigil, Wayne (Berna) Vigil, Brenda Vigil, Jacqueline (Phil) Martinez, and Stephen Vigil. God Children Aquilino (Alisha) Valdez and Karen Martinez.  Nieces and Nephews, Chandel (Rosendo), Norman (Abby), Thomas (Lisa), Vidal (Jayme), Joshua (Jenae), Darren, Tosha, Stephanie (Zachary), Natalie, Ross, Courtney (Ian), and Christopher.

Services will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023, with a Rosary at 9:00 am at Devargas Funeral Home,  burial to follow at the Canjilon Community Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers are Brandon Vela, Isaiah Lovato, Lorenzo Vigil, Tyler Vigil, Aquilino Valdez, and Vidal Vigil.

Honorary pallbearers: Braylon Vigil, Josh Valdez, Darren Maestas, Ross Martinez, Norman Vigil, Thomas Vigil, Lawrence Rodriguez, and Brian Balkey.
