Lawrence Anthony Medina

Lawrence Medina, 68, of Chimayo, NM, our beloved brother went to be with the Lord on January 9, 2024, after a lengthy illness at Los Alamos Nursing Home. 

Lawrence is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Julia Medina; his siblings Leona, Leonard, Michael and Emilio Medina.

Lawrence is survived by his partner Betty Montoya; siblings Frank Medina (Ruby), Patsy Trujillo (David), Josie Macias (David); Sennie Gallegos (Hank), Donna (partner Anthony), Leroy (Eva) and many cousins and relatives.

Lawrence graduated from Santa Cruz High School.  He worked as a construction worker most of his life.  He will be greatly missed by his family and many friends. 

A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Chimayo, NM, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 am.  Burial will follow immediately at the Potrero Cemetery in Chimayo, NM.
