Jose Trujillo

\ Jose Enrique Trujillo, 81, a resident of Pojoaque, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018. Jose was preceded in death by his grandmother who raised him, Rebecca Romero; parents, Jose and Ida Trujillo and siblings, Stella and Ernie Trujillo. Jose worked as a machinist in Los Angeles and became very active in the church as a lector upon his return to New Mexico. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Mr. Trujillo is survived by his wife, Margarita Trujillo; siblings, Santiago Trujillo, George Trujillo (LaVerne), Pablo Trujillo (Mabel), Rae Desmond (Reggie), Becky Hillman (Greg), Doreen Lowery (Dusty) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A rosary will be recited on Monday, July 2, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pojoaque with a Memorial Mass to follow at 10:30 a.m. Burial will take place on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 12:45 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. The family of Jose Enrique Trujillo has entrusted the care of their loved one to the DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
