Jose Eddie Romero (Bear) 68 years old. A resident of Cordova died surrounded by his family following a short illness on Oct 14th. He is in preceded in death by his parents Rufina & Rumaldo Romero. Sister Beatrice Romero. Sister-in-law Bernadita Romero. Brothers in law Porfirio & Olevio Trujillo. Nephews Leonard & Gary Trujillo. Niece Karen Trujillo.

Eddie enjoyed wood carving, drawing, playing with his dogs Cocoa & Ozzy. He loved playing his guitar where he knew how to play many tunes. He enjoyed his KDCE and rock and roll music. He was Geneva's partner. They would go everywhere together. He will be greatly missed

Eddie is survived by his wife of 49 years Geneva Romero. Father-in-law Petacio Trujillo of Cordova. Sisters Benita Tafoya, Rosalinda Villalobos, & Dora Lucrero & husband Lorenzo all of Salt Lake City Utah. Brothers Samuel Romero, Epi Romero & wife Martina, Bobby Romero & wife Mele all of Salt Lake City Utah. Danny Martinez & wife Margie of Truchas.  Brothers in law William & Donald Trujillo of Cordova. Sister-in-law Ruby Trujillo of Cordova. Nieces & nephew whom he raised Kevin Barbara & Nicole. Special nieces Martha & Evelyn whom he loved very much. His little squirts Demariz, Kiana, Nevaeh, Isaiah, & Keanu.

Due to covid there will be no services. Private family burial will be at a later time.
