Joey is survived by his (Mother) Darlene Rubina Maestas (Humberto), (Daughters) Mariah Maestas (Adrian F), Kayleen Maestas (Irin Ray), Mailani Rodriguez, Joanna Rose, Marissa Martinez (Sons) Joey Jr Maestas (Demitria Mendiola), Evan (Sisters) Charlene Rodriguez (Albino) Roberta Rodriguez, Ruby Rodriguez, (Brother) Robert Rodriguez, (Grandkids) AngelLynn, Jullian, Ryan, Joey Jr “Zeke”, Zaniyah, Allyana, Derrin, Ethin, Trevin (Nieces) Heather Padilla, Alexis “lexi”, Sabrina “Bri”, Adrianna (Nephews) Andrew & Anthony Rodriguez (Madrinas) Lilian & Dora Martinez. (Mother of children) Nicole M (Special Uncles) Rosalio, & “LoLo” Special cousins Vanessa, Graciela, Michael & numerous other special cousins and friends.

Joey was smart, loving, kind, spontaneous, and very helpful, he loved his family very much.

Joey was self employed and enjoyed making art in his free time. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, and spending time working on his car he enjoyed being outdoors.
