Jesse Gomez

Jesse Gomez, age 58, beloved son, brother, uncle gained his wings and entered the gates of heaven on March 16, 2021.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents William Levi Gomez and Anna Gomez; grandparents, Marcos and Fortunata Gomez and Albert and Fedelina Gomez; nephew, Andrew Gomez.

He is survived by his brothers Andy(Martha) Gomez, Thomas (Maxcine) Gomez, sisters, Jane Gomez, Kathy (Rumaldo) Pena and many other nieces and nephews.

Jesse was a long-life resident of La Villita.  Jesse had a good childhood with a home filled with love.  He had a sense of humor and there was never a dull moment with him.  Although he didn’t have any children, he showed lots of love to his nieces and nephews.  He enjoyed music and oldie cars.  He was one of a kind loving, caring and good at heart and soul.  He touched many lives by his selfless and countless acts of kindness.  Always giving and never expecting any favors in return.  He might be gone, but his legacy lives on in many lives he affected.  Thank you all for taking the time to pay your condolences to our beloved soul and may he rest in peace.

A service for both Jesse and his mother, Anna Marie Grajeda will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Peace of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory, with a burial to follow at Loma Vista Cemetery in Alcalde.  Due COVID 19 guidelines, only 10 people are allowed at the service, however, please join the family with live streaming at the following link: https://event.forgetmenotceremonies.com/ceremony?c=56a2aa1f-35b7-437e-9f9c-2c9d69f23bf8
