Jerry A. Age - 34 Española Trujillo

Jerry A. Trujillo, 34, a resident of Española passed away on Saturday, June 11, 2011. Jerry was a good father & very special son. He was a very loving and giving person who gave with his whole heart, never saying no to anyone. He loved everyone he encountered and made everyone laugh. Jerry loved his children with all his heart. He was a good plumber and helped anyone who needed help. Jerry was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ben G. Vigil and Mary Ann Herrera Vigil; paternal grandparents, Carlota and Pablo Trujillo. He is survived by his children: Jasmine, Jerry R., Derrick all of Alcalde and Jeramiah Trujillo of Española; mother, Elizabeth Maestas and husband Raymond of Española; father, Jerry A. Trujillo of Española; twin brother, Gary Trujillo and wife Rosabella of Chimayo; brothers: Larry Trujillo and wife Arlene and Antonio Maestas both of Española; mother of his children, Angelica Trujillo of Alcalde; nieces/nephews: Marcos, Mario, Tina, Jeremy, Joseph and Jacob Trujillo; girlfriend: Tammy Roybal and her children, Brittany, Lexi and Patrick; special uncles: Jeff Vigil and Louie Sandoval; special friends: Antonio Ortiz and Jake Martinez; step-grandmother, Carmen Vigil; step-grandparents, Lupe and Sally Maestas; uncles/aunts: Ruthie, Billy, Shirley, Jeff, Judy, Alan, Dwayne, Valerie, Janelle, Benny, Corty, Johnny, Luisa and Rae. Public visitation will begin on Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. in the Sangre de Cristo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory with a devotional service to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Valley Bible Baptist Church Arroyo Seco. Burial to follow at the Loma Vista Cemetery in Alcalde with the following serving as pallbearers: Gary Trujillo, Larry Trujillo, Marcos Trujillo, Jacob Ortiz, Jerry A. Trujillo, Jake Martinez, Antonio Ortiz and Dwayne Vigil. Honorary pallbearers named are: Jeff Vigil, Louie Sandoval, Benny Vigil and Antonio Maestas. The family of Jerry Trujillo has entrusted the care of their loved one to DeVargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Española Valley.
