Jeannette Hoover

Jeannette Francine Hoover, 52 a resident of Espanola Valley passed away on January 9, 2023. She attended Espanola Valley High School, and then later furthered her education by attending Northern New Mexico College where she achieved an AA in Business. She loved to cook meals for her family, and was well-known for her homemade tamales.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Pat and Rose Hoover, her son, Randall Chavez Jr., her brothers,’ Michael and Robert (Bobby) Lopez.

She is survived by her mother, Frances M. Hoover, her children, Cory and Jacqueline Hoover, her beloved grandchildren, Jordan (He will miss his Nene) and Sunniva, her brothers,’ Raymond (Loretta), and James (Lisa) Lopez, her special aunt, JoAnn Marquez, her aunt Patsy (Robert) Ginder, and special friend, Teresa Marquez, and many other loved relatives and friends.

Her services will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at Sacred Heart Parish in Espanola, NM. The Rosary will begin at 11:15 am followed by the Mass. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
