Jason Espinoza passed away on June 11, 2026, at the age of 44 years old after heart issues led to a devastatingly irreparable stroke.

Jason was born to Mary Jacquez and Eli Espinoza on August 13, 1981, in Farmington, NM.

He was preceded in death by cousins Ben, Ed, Reuben, Nick, and Max, and by his Nino- Robert Sellars.

Since he was young, Jason enjoyed tinkering with things and loved to sketch and draw. He was talented in mechanics, carpentry, and even knew quite a bit in plumbing and electrical work. Whether he was fishing, hunting, working on vehicles, or cruising the mountains, he just enjoyed being outside. But, most of all, Jason loved being around family and loved ones.  His smile, his hugs, and his generous heart are going to be deeply missed.

Jason is survived by: his Pops- Eli, his Mother Goose- Mary and stepdad- Bobby, sister- Pamela and brother-in-law Jeff, brother- Shaun and sister-in-law Lish, his son and best friend- Damion, daughter- Aleeandra, three nieces- Audreena, Jazmyn, and Paisley, his Nina- Trinny Aragon (Agustin), special cousin (close like a brother)- Eric and family; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

A Rosary will take place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at 10:00 am at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Gallina, NM, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 am.
