James - Age 53 - Española - Viera

JAMES VIERA, 53, a resident of Española, passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 following a lengthy illness. He was preceded in death by his sister, Adeline Viera brother, Anthony Calvillo; mother, Esther Viera and father, Martin Viera. James loved soccer and golf and was an amazing cook. He coached soccer at Bernalillo High where he was named coach of the year. He was always helpful and giving. He was a loving father, and wonderful brother who was his brothers’ best friend. Mr. Viera is survived by his children, Michael, James, Jr. and Meli Viera; the love of his life his fiancée, Alexsandra Lopez; brother, David Viera; niece and nephews, Roxanne, David, Jr., Joshua and Jonathan Viera; brothers and sister, Phillip, Johnny and Maryjane Calvillo and numerous other relatives and many friends. Burial will take place on Friday, August 17, 2012 at 9:45 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
