Grace Baker

Grace Baker, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on December 1, 2025, at the age of 91. She was born in Canjilon, New Mexico, on July 7, 1934. 

She married James N. Baker in 1957, after meeting him first on a blind date. She loved nothing more than spending time with her family. Her home was always filled with love. She is remembered for her love for the Lord, her kindness, generosity, and deep compassion. 

Grace is survived by her sister, Agrippina; her three surviving children, Ronald (Linda), Patrick, and Renee (Don); and her 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. 

A devout Catholic, Grace attended church services at Sacred Heart and San Jose Catholic Churches. 

Her funeral will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Espanola, New Mexico, on Monday, December 15, 2025. with Rosary to be held at 9:30 AM, followed by the church service at 10:30 AM. 

Grace will be buried at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 10:30 AM.
