Gerard was a very hard working man who would help a friend in need, all you had to do was ask and he would gladly be there. He was a jack of all trades, he could do many things, whether it be working on cars, construction, being at the ranch, landscaping you name it he could do it. He helped his son in law and grandson with countless projects. He was very laid back, and would go with the flow. He had a heart of gold and would give the shirt off his back. He was a big kid at heart and always was joking around. Gerard had a tremendous love for his children and grandchildren. He made many friends throughout the years he helped and considered family. He made sure to call often to see how his loved ones were doing. He loved his dogs Lobo, Stormy, and Bonita. His genuine soul and infectious laugh will never be forgotten from all who loved and knew him. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts.
