Gail Ann Herrera

Gail Ann Herrera, 83, previous resident of Dixon, NM, and recently of San Jose, CA, passed away peacefully on June 05, 2025, surrounded by family. A loving and gracious mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and dear friend to so many, she will be missed. A faithful servant of our heavenly father Jehovah, she sleeps in peace awaiting the fulfillment of God’s promises at John 5:28,29; Rev. 21:3,4; 1 Cor. 15:26.

Gail was born in San Jose, CA, on June 9, 1941, to John and Anna Ingram (both predeceased). She loved the ocean and savored every opportunity to visit Santa Cruz West Cliff Drive or just gaze across Monterrey Bay from her favorite spot in Pacific Grove. Gail was an extraordinarily industrious mother with an extremely self-sacrificing spirit and did whatever it took to lovingly care for her family throughout her life.

She is survived by her loving children: Elizabeth Trujillo (Richard), Alex (Deborah), Paul (Leslie), Vincent (Dina), Victoria Herrera, Ramona Herrera-Reeves, Felicia Lucero and her dear sister Pam (Rob) Ceglinski. Predeceased by her son Joel (Mandy). Grandchildren: Adam, Danielle, Ashley, Andrew, Joseph, Erika, Kevin, Ryan, Aria, Vaughn, Alec, Nicole, Frankie, Jazzmine, Jordan, Lucas, Jerod, Riley, Jack, Abby, Paige, Brooke, Fermin Jr., Andres, and Elena. Great-Grandchildren: Daniel, Dominic, Amor, Jaxon, Micaela, Jeremiah, Arianna, Leia, Dominic, Brayden, Aubrey, Jacob, Derrick, Otto, Mavis, Leo, Kane, Joelie, Ezmia, Kobe, Paislee and Elijah. Predeceased by Rebecca and Brandon.

Memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2025, in San Jose, CA.
