Estevan Ramon Gomez, born on March 14, 2004, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning, April 18, 2026, at the age of 22. He is the son of Phyllis Gallegos (Glenn) and father Jose Jesus Gomez (Josefina). He was employed at Hacienda Home Center in Española and spent much of his free time mixing music for Studio 284, writing songs, and creating music. He was a WrestleMania enthusiast.
Estevan loved his family and enjoyed sharing ideas and talking about the mysteries of the universe. He also loved hanging out with his homies (friends), who became family. Estevan was very picky about food, but his favorites were the sopita that his mom and his grandma would make him, red macaroni, pepperoni pizza from Ken’s Cuisine, chicken tacos from Sopapilla Factory, and of course, chicken Alfredo.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Jose Amadeo Gallegos; his Auntie Meagan Gallegos; and cousin Antonio Valdez.
He leaves behind his grandmother, Lia Gallegos of El Rancho; four brothers, José Gomez (Des) from La Puebla, Adolfo Gomez from El Rancho, José Luis Gomez (Bernice) and Ivan from Santa Fe, and sister Sandra Gomez (Gregorio) from Santa Fe. He also leaves behind four uncles, Ramon Gallegos (Kathleen), Manny Gallegos (Mariana), Henry Gallegos (Alicia), and Phillip Gallegos (Nadine). Nieces and nephews: Joshua, Davina, and Jessa Gomez; Jose Luis Jr., Kevin, Ariana, Alexis, and Brayson. Cousins: (Lil) Manny Jr. (Jimena), Jacklyn, Juanito, Enrique, Emiliano, Noah, and Cami. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Jose Amadeo Gallegos; his Auntie Meagan Gallegos; and cousin Antonio Valdez.
