Eli William Sanchez

Eli William Sanchez, 44, of Espanola, NM, passed away on May 18, 2023.

Elis is preceded in death by his parents Lydia and Willie Sanchez; paternal mother Elaine Sanchez; nephews Paul and Jerry Torrez, Justin Sanchez; nieces Victoria Vialpando and Amanda Sanchez.

Eli is survived by his son Jacob Roybal of San Juan, NM; sisters Priscella Barclay of Albuquerque, NM, Dolly Torres of Cordova, NM, Rhoda Sanchez and Crystal Sanchez of Espanola, NM; brothers Aaron Sanchez (Daisy), Derrick Sanchez (Lori), Gilbert Vialpando (Rosemary), Ivan Sanchez (Jacqueline) and Leonard Sanchez all of Espanola, NM; and many nieces and nephews

Eli will always be remembered for his smile, jokes and his singing.  He was a loving brother, son, uncle and father.  Eli was a great joy to be around an he will be forever missed.

On Monday, June 12, 2023, Celebration of Life will be held at Victory Faith Church in Espanola, NM at 10:00 am, burial will follow at Ojo Sarco Cemetery, in Ojo Sarco, NM.

Serving as Pallbearer’s are Aaron Sanchez, Derrick Sanchez, Leonard Sanchez, Ceasar Sanchez, Ivan Sanchez and Gilbert Vialpando.
