Eli “Fido” Cordova, 76, of Cuba, NM, was born on September 10, 1949. He passed away surrounded by his loving friends and family on March 22, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Abran and Edwina; his sisters, Donna, Janie, Minnie, Helen, and Ida; and his sons, Jonathan and Joshua. 

He is survived by his grandchildren, Jonathan and Adriana, his sisters, Margie (Cosme), Eloyda (Adolfo), Angie, Jeanne, Steph (Roy); his brothers, Abie, Sonny (Judy), Dickie (Lisa), and Amos; and many nieces and nephews.

Eli found joy in the outdoors, whether hunting or gathering wood, and he equally cherished a delicious meal. Above all, he treasured every moment with his family.

Services will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 11:00 am at the Christian Faith Fellowship church in Gallina, NM, with burial to follow at the family plot next to Coronado High School in Gallina, NM.

Serving as pallbearers: Jonathan, Adrian, James, Darren, Kris, and Harold. Honorary pallbearers: Chuco, Ezikiah, Clement, and Andy.
