Eddie Sanchez

Beloved son, brother, and uncle, Eddie Herman “Sancho” Sanchez will be remembered with love long after his passing, for his zest for life and family.

Eddie, age 64, went to be with the Lord on December 14, 2022, at his home in Gallina, NM surrounded by loved ones who will honor his memory by living their lives to the fullest.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Sanchez; sisters, Pamela Sanchez and Abigail Sanchez, and his brother, Joel Sanchez.

Eddie is survived by his father, Pascual Sanchez; sisters, Sylvia Sanchez, Pamela Romero (Ray) and Rosemary Sanchez, and brothers Rudy Sanchez (Darlene) and Steve Sanchez (Gina). All his nieces and nephews whom he loved very much (great ones too!) to the moon and back.

It was the simple pleasures of life, cruising, reading, spending time in the montes, hanging out with friends and family, that brought the greatest joy to Eddie. He worked hard all his life as a logger, and he was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone.

The Sanchez family would like to thank Ambercare Hospice Inc. for their support and compassion.

No funeral or memorial service is immediately planned. The family will notify loved ones in the future when a service to celebrate Eddie’s life is scheduled.
