Douglas, born in Oregon, was the eldest son of Dwight and Majorie Dugan.

Doug whom was known by many as “Dugan” was a highly respected, hardworking, and knowledgeable man in the construction trades. Through which he made lifelong friends who are like family.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Kyla Dugan, and his children; Jeremy Dugan, Brittany Dugan, Shiloh Dugan, Shayla Elliott (Michael) and grandson Renton, Sabrina Garcia (Johnathan) and grandchildren, Kameron, Casen, and Sophia, and his younger brother Jerry Dugan (Leonor).

Doug was preceded in death by his father and mother Dwight and Marjorie Dugan, grandparents on both sides, and his beloved son Dustin Daniel Dugan on April 5, 2022.

Funeral services are being entrusted to De Vargas Funeral Home & Crematory of the Espanola Valley.  Services will be held on June 11, 2022 at 9 am in the Sangre de Christo Chapel of DeVargas Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Doug’s name to the Espanola Shrine Club, to help them in their work with the children’s hospital.
